Being by the sea is all about light and Sea House in Bognor Regis has been furnished simply yet stylishly to compliment the natural lightness of its surroundings. The walls are painted white, the furniture is white, the floors neutral, yet the overall effect is a stunning home full of architectural detail and nothing fussy. Yet, still practical for your family holiday by the sea.
The house was built in the 1840's and is full of historic features but has all the modern conveniences you would expect, a contemporary kitchen, fully equipped. A practical ground floor wet room for washing the sand off little feet and central heating for the winter months.
Sea House has a pretty south facing courtyard garden to the front of the property, this looks directly over the private green that leads to the promenade and beach. It's furnished with tables, chairs etc and of course a BBQ. The house is tucked away down a private drive with residents only parking. At the rear, there is another fully enclosed courtyard. But let's not forget, the beautiful first floor balcony leading from the lounge. The views are simply breathtaking!
