This is a new property and 2012 is it first full season with us.  Check it out, its in a great spot in the country.

Come and enjoy the fresh air at Living Elements.  This house has a great outdoors space which includes a secluded furnished patio complete with hot tub and BBQ (please bring own towels for sauna and hot tub) a large lawned area and plenty of parking space for a boat or trailer.

The house is comfortably furnished and is fully equipped for all your needs, linen and towels are provided.  There is a ground floor double bedroom providing easy access to the ground floor shower room.

To help you relax, you can chose between the hot tub or the brand new sauna!  And as the house is adjacent to the Living Elements Clinic, why not treat yourself to some TLC, click on the link below for more details.

Daily cleaning can be arranged if required, a chef is also available and the owner can even arrange a fantastic sailing experience on a classic yacht. It is possible to pitch a tent in the garden at a cost of £20 per night (max 2 adults).  Please note, linen & towels are not provided for guests staying in a tent.

Layout

Ground floor:

Front hall, sauna, shower room, additional toilet and ground floor double bedroom.  (Can be converted to an additional lounge if required.) Fitted kitchen, lounge with adjoining dining room. Rear hall with door to garden.

1st Floor:

Landing, family bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with king sized beds and a further double with bunk beds.

Check in is 4pm and check out is before 10am.  If you would like an earlier/later check-in/out then please do get in touch and we will see what we can do.  However, if another guest is leaving/arriving the same day this is not always possible.  If an early/late check-in/out is vital then we advise you book the extra dates.

Once you have booked we will require a £200 Cleaning/Security deposit which will be returned to you after your stay. Details will be sent to you after booking.

30% deposit is due on booking - balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your stay. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY CARD FEES!
