Lavender's is a great place to stay. It's conveniently close (walking distance down a pretty lane) to local shops, some great foodie pubs, restaurants and the beach yet its tucked away in the countryside and as such it's a must for nature lovers. We have foxes, badgers, horses and lots of visiting birds including Brent Geese, Local residents include owls, pheasants, lapwings and sandpipers to name a few.
The apartment is over a detached garage which is within the grounds of the owner's house. It has its own separate entrance and is quite private and ready for 2012, we have created a beautiful walled garden complete with arbour and a water feature this is exclusively for guests use - keen gardeners are very welcome to potter!
There is a double bedroom with a memory foam king size bed. Wardrobe and lots of drawer space.
A fully tiled shower room with a double size shower cubicle. Has lovely views over the walled garden.
Spacious lounge with flat screen TV. Freesat and free WiFi.
Fully fitted modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, full size cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle and iron & ironing board.

All the windows have great views over the gardens and surrounding countryside.

Check in is 4pm and check out is before 10am. If you would like an earlier/later check-in/out then please do get in touch and we will see what we can do. However, if another guest is leaving/arriving the same day this is not always possible.
If an early/late check-in/out is vital then we advise you book the extra dates.
Before your stay we will require a £200 Cleaning/Security bond. This is usually done by cheque which is held on file and is returned to you un-cashed at the end of your stay providing everything is in order.
30% deposit is due on booking - balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your stay. - no charges for card payments!
