This apartment was very popular last season, (2012) all our guests enjoyed their stay and stated they would happily return.
Dudley House is a bright and sunny apartment in Bognor Regis, situated on the second floor of a lovely Georgian house which has been tastefully converted in to three apartments. The decor is tasteful and modern, with the delightful little touches that make it a perfect getaway. Dudley House is within the historic part of town called The Steyne and it overlooks a very pretty park. It is a short stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants. The railway station is within walking distance too, so perhaps leave the car at home.
The apartment has a large living room with a very comforable corner suite, great for watching the flat screen TV(freeview). To set the mood, the feature fireplace even has colour changing interior lights. There is also a desk so if you do need to work whilst you are away, there's plenty of room and you can stay connected to the world with the free WiFi, so bring your laptop or ipad.
The large bedroom has a quality king sized bed and will be made up for your arrival using the finest egyptian cotton linens. There is plenty of storage space with a large wardrobe and dressing table. The room also has a flat screen TV (Freeview) . We also supply a hair dryer.
The well appointed bathroom has a new power shower over the bath.
The fully equipped kitched has everything you need if you fancy doing a bit of cooking. There is even a 2nd fridge for the champagne! The cooker is full sized and there are plenty of pots and pans. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for the beach towels. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar from which to enjoy your culinary delights.
The apartment doesn't have a garden but directly outside the building is the very pretty Steyne Square, which is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunny weather Bognor Regis is famous for.
On street parking. Permit is provided.

On change-over days It takes time to clean the property thoroughly between guests, making the property sparkling clean ready for your arrival. If an early/late check in or departure is required then we will do all we can to facilitate you. However, this may not always be possible. If and early/late check in or departure is vital, then we recommend guests book the extra night.
It's so easy to book! Click on the availability button and follow the instuctions, a 30% deposit is payable on booking and the remainder is then paid 8 weeks before your stay.
WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR ANY CARD TRANSACTIONS!
We will require a £200 Cleaning/Security bond. This is paid by a cheque which is held on file and is returned to you un-cashed at the end of your stay, providing everything is in order.
